VARIANTE processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur via Pos Laju Malaysia for local orders and DHL (primarily) for international orders.
Our delivery charges are as stated in the table above. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice, but will not affect completed orders.
After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
For local (MY) orders
Pos Laju delivers Monday to Saturday except public holidays and the first Saturday of the month. Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days for West Malaysia and 4 to 6 business days for East Malaysia. You may view your shipment’s status at any time by checking your tracking code on Pos Malaysia’s website.
FOR International ORDERS
Currently, we primarily use DHL services for international deliveries. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international orders delivery time might be affected depending on location. We will ship your order out as soon as possible, but we are unable to guarantee any delivery time. You may view your shipment’s status at any time by checking your tracking code on the respective courier’s website.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns & exchanges are applicable for normal priced (i.e., New Arrivals category) items only. If you are for any reason unhappy with the item(s) you have purchased, you may exchange (e.g., different size or different product of equal or lesser value) or return them within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. All returns will be given a voucher for our online store at the price of purchase with a thirty (30) day validity from date of issue.
- Any items that are discounted (i.e., Deals & Sale category) do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- We will not accept returns/exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
- The purchaser agrees to pay all return costs (e.g., shipping, etc.).
- Vouchers will not be issued until your returned item has been checked into our store and verified by quality control. Until then, the items remain your responsibility.
We do not offer refunds.
